Order Processing/Confirmation

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends
and holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a
confirmation email with a tracking number.

Address Change

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We
are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or
incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping address,
please contact our customer service team immediately. Changes cannot be
made once the order has been processed.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us within 7 days
of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in locating your order
and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier.

Damages Items

you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt
with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Timeframe: You can return items within 30 days from the date of receipt.


Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact.


Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may
take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.


Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please wait for the full refund to be issued back to you and then process a new order.
