Shipping Policy

At Revive, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, and that includes timely and reliable shipping. This shipping policy outlines the key details about how we handle your orders.

Order Processing/Confirmation

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Address Change

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately. Changes cannot be made once the order has been processed.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in locating your order and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier.

Damages Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Order Tracking

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. On that same email you will be given tracking information where you can see the prognosis of your order.
